Earthquake.
My mom emailed me this morning about the 4.9 earthquake, 37 miles southeast of Chattanooga where they live. She said my brother’s girlfriend (who he’s shacking up with), ran and jumped into the bathtub because she thought it was a tornado.
And I’m actually contemplating moving back to the South?

Effie, we all got pain.
I wonder how many people got the DREAMGIRLS reference on WILL & GRACE last night? It wasn’t even acknowledged by the incessant laughtrack.
Hopefully, that could change after the upcoming Broadway revival (scroll down) next year. But I’d be far happier to see the rumored film adaptation. After listening to my live dub of Jennifer Holliday and the rest of the original Broadway cast non-stop for the past month, I can see the whole movie in my head.

Or, as all my friends say, TiVo is like my boyfriend. Probably the reason I’m so hopelessly single.
Still, the article nails me pretty good. But they left out all the TiVo-branded crap I own: the t-shirts, hat, window decals, stuffed animal… I still need to order the beach towel and metal lunchbox.
