The New Hiptop
It’s not supposed to be out until the end of the year, but some photos of the new Hiptop prototype are surfacing.
I’m enjoying my new Sony Clie TJ37, but it just isn’t the same as having a Hiptop. I need to cancel my personal Sprint phone because I never use it anymore (thanks to having to carry my work phone 24 hours a day), so maybe I’ll get a Hiptop when the new model comes out.

Too many choices
I’m traveling to Philadelphia on Friday for a conference and I’m not sure how I’m getting there yet. Jeff told me there’s a way to use NJTransit and the SEPTA to get to my hotel for a whole lot cheaper than AMTRAK charges, but I’m overwhelmed by all the different combinations of train, light rail, bus, and subway to get there. That’s the problem with living in NYC… too many choices.
And sadly, I’ll be missing Jeff’s and my six month anniversary while I’m away. And yes, the post mentioning our first meeting does awkwardly reference going on a date with another guy.

Program my TiVo
Upgrading the recording capacity of my TiVo was the last step I needed to finish before making public my new Program my TiVo page.
Basically, if there’s TV show you’d like to recommend for me to watch, search for the title and it will be automatically added to my ToDo list (scheduling permitting). It’s modeled after Andrew Grumet’s similar page and uses his RSS_Reader TCS module.

Sleep Talker
Sometimes Jeff talks in his sleep. Friday night I woke up and he was insistently repeating “robotic Jesus on the cross,” which has now officially replaced “jumping Jesus on a pogo stick” as my favorite method of taking the Lord’s name in vain.

TiVo Upgrade
I finally got around to upgrading my TiVo’s recording capacity. Jeff (for some odd reason) wanted to watch, but he soon fell asleep on my couch.
Now my TiVo is capable of recording up to 184 hours and 25 minutes worth of crap I’ll never get around to watching.
